[The Laydee Posh Look Book] Punk Chic

Punk Meets Curves

"The Butterfly Effect"

I was going through my closet and came across this really awesome high waist/high split maxi skirt I bought earlier this year on Ebay. As I was holding the hanger, I thought to myself "how could I forget to wear this bad boy this summer?!" Then suddenly my fashion light bulb switched on in my head and I came  up with an awesome stylish summer to fall concept for this skirt,"ADD LEGGINGS!" And that's exactly what I did! Check out the pictures below for full outfit details!

#1 NYX Matte Lipstick "Perfect Red Rouge Parfait" $4.99 (Purchased from Target)
My Review: This is seriously the perfect red lipstick! It applies on smooth and easy much like a high quality lipstick but for a great price! I definitely be adding more NYX to my makeup stock!

#2 NYC "Blue Rose $2.99 (Purchased from Taget)
My Review: I absolutely love this color lipstick. As far as application it was above average which should be expected for its price point.I have to say that I was highly surprised at its quality and not at disapointed. This lipstick is a def must have!

#3 Wet n Wild $1.99 "Its a Girl" (Purchased from Walgreens)
My Review: This lipstick required a little more work when applying. If you're a makeup rookie you may want to steer away from this brand because if not applied right you can give off the circus appeal. This lipstick comes off real loose and heavy when applied. On the bright side of things if applied properly you'll end up with amazing pink lips.Overall it was an ok lipstick but I won't be running back for more of this brand anytime soon.

[Designer Spotlight] Elann Zelie "Zelie for She"

Meet Elann Zelie

" The designer mastermind behind the plus size clothing line Zelie for She"

The "Zelie for She" clothing line by L.A based designer Elann Zelie is everything and then some to the plus size fashion world right now. This quickly rising designer is not your typical "Plain Jane" been there done that, seen that, and did it again plus size fashion designer. She is edgy, bold, and daring and her clothes reflect that season after season. Recently she launched her "Forever Young" fall collection and  her "Young Wild &  Free" graphic t-shirt line. Her new collection and t-shirt line are both a breath of fresh and fabulous "Fall-buh-lus" air. What I admire most about her as a designer is that she gets exactly what the Plus Size Industry has been missing, because she too herself is a plus size beauty. She understands that plus size beauties love there curves, she gets that we don't want to always be confined to what the world thinks we should wear, and she gifts us tasteful, sexy and feminine clothes continuously through her custom designs. No one does a high-waist skirt and a crop top better than Elann Zelie . Below I've featured a few of the many pieces I love from her "Forever Young" collection released yesterday and beauties these pieces are going fast. You're going to want to get your hands on these looks quick and did I mention her amazing reasonable prices and free shipping on all orders over $100. Click her to go to her online store www.zelieforshe.com for these amazing looks.
